Wash
Water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) are essential for people to thrive. SSWC has focused on bringing clean water, dignified sanitation, and effective hygiene practices to crises-affected communities. Drought and conflict displaced families do not have the burden to walk long distances or pay money to get water.
The objectives of Wash:
- Provision of hygiene trainings to the vulnerable groups.
- Improve hygiene conditions of IDP communities.
- Establishing standard procedures for hygiene practice.
- Ensure consumption of clean and safe water.
- To reduce hygiene related diseases such as cholera.
